Organizing international operations
Some slides for internationalization are on plan.
On first day we visited a Company (Hörle Wire) located in the near of Jönköping.
Some lectures were given concerning CSR, Internationalization, Entry Modes on foreign markets. The competition we are working on is quiet challenging because of the fact we have a tough timetable between courses and organized free time (watched local Hockey game, invitation for a dinner from JIBS and SCMT).
Our Case Study is about how to develope a market entry strategy in Europe and what models to apply within the implementation. So we are not getting that much sleep in our first week in Sweden.
Additional to our small case we had to work on a short presentation about LEAX company and their strategy for future growth.
As i said very challenging right now but as well a great time when we have free space to the local student club akademien
